Review content:
The name badge we wanted produced from a jpg of our logo was not produced as promised. Looked as if it was hand drawn. Was told after producsed that it was because of the jpg format - however that was not supposedly a problem prior to placing the order. They did offer a full refund - but I was disappointed for not being better informed upfront and thus wasting 3 days
PROS: Refunded money
CONS: Not seemingly knowledgable as to how a jpg would come out on metal badge
