Too much high pressure in sales. They kept trying to create and close a deal. Even when I said I was not buying at the time, just looking. I had a hard time getting out the door, a BIG BIG turnoff! Will look elsewhere, even if I have to drive farther away. more

I came across this store, which appeared to have the overall best reviews for your service department. So, I made my appointment.\r I must say, I was Ecstatic with my experience from Christine. She was amazing! Christine displayed a level of professionalism, personal assistance, and genuine customer care that is unparalleled to anywhere I have been in this area and most others. I was impressed with the quality of service she provided, especially when seeing how demanding her job can become. I was further in awe, when I arrived to the store after closing hours to pick up my vehicle. Christine, still there, greeted me with a warm smile. She promptly assisted me, assured me the issue was fixed, took time to explain how it was fixed, and answered all of my questions. I have only been there twice and could continue with several other highlights of her overall customer assistance. \r Because of her extraordinary service, along with the service technician(s) actually fixing my problem, I definitely will be returning there for all my future needs. I am also an individual promoter of Christine and the service department. TOM WAS GREAT! I have been in the market for a used Miata for almost 8 months and have had countless bad experiences with other dealerships all over Florida. I was about to give up and decided to give it one last shot with Crown Nissan. I live two hours away so i contacted the sales department and they put me through to Tom. He was absolutely wonderful!! He outlined every detail and cost and was the ONLY dealership to give the actual price (with tax, tag and title) over the phone like I wanted. I never felt pressured and was never hassled so I made the 2 hour drive expecting to be told a different price or have something go wrong like every other time.\r \r Well I was wrong! From the moment I walked into the dealership, I felt comfortable and as a single young female, that rarely happens at dealerships. The car was in better shape then I ever expected and they gave me a VERY fair offer on my trade and there were no surprises in the price. Tom was extremely knowledgeable and helped me through the process. The finance manager was also great. I don't have bad credit, but it's not the best and he got me a great interest rate and explained every single piece of paper I was signing.\r \r Overall, I have never been so happy with a large purchase. If I didn't love my car so much, I would go back to them every year. Instead, I'll just recommend as many people as I can!! more

I am not a car person and I hate going to car dealers. But my husband was out of town so I had to get a new visor for my car. The guy at the desk, William Fidler went out to my car and made sure I got the right thing. He made a bad experience pleasant for me. Folks dont realize how women hate car things. When you get a helpful salesman, it makes it easy. more

In the Fall of 2011,our church family encountered a displaced single Mom, unemployed, with 2 kids, far from home and living in a motel..no family,no wheels. We desired to help get her back on her feet. We prayed to the Lord for direction and wisdom in how to help. His plan included a reliable, economical vehicle, so she could get a job. We approached Terry Hawkins,General Mgr and Martin Reinthaler, salesman, and stated our need. They spent considerable time with us,ascertaining our vehicle needs. They searched for and found a reliable, clean and economical car, inspected and safe for this family.\r In addition, Crown Nissan worked with our budget, and it wasn't long before the transaction took place. We were so pleased to give the keys to this vehicle to our single Mom.\r Now, she has a good job, and her future and the future of her family is bright.\r \r It was a pleasure to work with Management and Staff every step of the way. Had issue w/ repair on 04 Sentra. They replaced the fuel pump free (Under warranty) and even gave me a rental. Pros: Good service more
