TOM WAS GREAT! I have been in the market for a used Miata for almost 8 months and have had countless bad experiences with other dealerships all over Florida. I was about to give up and decided to give it one last shot with Crown Nissan. I live two hours away so i contacted the sales department and they put me through to Tom. He was absolutely wonderful!! He outlined every detail and cost and was the ONLY dealership to give the actual price (with tax, tag and title) over the phone like I wanted. I never felt pressured and was never hassled so I made the 2 hour drive expecting to be told a different price or have something go wrong like every other time.\r

Well I was wrong! From the moment I walked into the dealership, I felt comfortable and as a single young female, that rarely happens at dealerships. The car was in better shape then I ever expected and they gave me a VERY fair offer on my trade and there were no surprises in the price. Tom was extremely knowledgeable and helped me through the process. The finance manager was also great. I don't have bad credit, but it's not the best and he got me a great interest rate and explained every single piece of paper I was signing.\r

Overall, I have never been so happy with a large purchase. If I didn't love my car so much, I would go back to them every year. Instead, I'll just recommend as many people as I can!!
