Cares more about your pets' welbeing than $$ 1/2/2014

In search of a new vet, I occasionally put them to the test, in order to find a vet that cares more about my pet’s health than money. \r So I brought my cat, Linny, (who was diagnosed with a heart murmur) to multiple vet offices and asked for their vet’s quick opinion- listen to his heart and tell me if it sounds like a problem I should have checked out, or a minor, harmless murmur. Let me start by saying that every one of these vets had an empty waiting room and plenty of time on their hands to spend a measly 2 minutes with me to offer their professional advice. The vet didn’t even HAVE to talk to me- I would have been content with a tech bringing him to the back, letting the vet check him, and then passing along the message to me.\r After being ignored by multiple vets who told me they wouldn’t spend a second with my cat without a full exam for no less than $50, I explained that he’s already had a full exam with blood work that came back normal- I just wanted verification he more

If your pet is A Family Member 5/4/2012

Crossroads Veterinary Hospital is one of the best places for your pet. I have been using this location for years and even though I now live in Atlanta (for the past few years) I still drive up to Woodstock GA because I know that my Dalmatian will be well taken care of. When I board, I don't waste time with the places that promise playtime, etc. I KNOW my dog is given the love and treatment I expect. The staff is very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. If you are looking for a great place to take your pet, this is one of the best. more

BEST VET EVER!!! 9/9/2011

My and my whole family have been seeing Sharon White for over 20 years, she is the best! Karen is great as well. After treating 13 dogs, including spay/neuter, skin infections, food allergies, cancer/chemo, and surgeries we have zero complaints! They are so knowledgable and friendly, and they have a very friendly staff. I would never go anywhere else, I highly recomend Crossroads! more

Fourteen years with Crossroads 7/26/2010

14 years with Crossroads and Dr. Clark and Dr. White. We have had three little dogs, each with their own medical challenges. Dr. Clark rebuilt both back knees of one of our puppies then spent the day with her and us when her heart was failing when she was 13. The entire staff teared up when we lost her. Dr. White loved our little dog with seizures as much as we did so we knew she was getting the best care possible. Now we have a one year old puppy and wouldn't let anyone else take care of her. more

Cost Effective, Compassionate, and a Sense of Urgency! 9/19/2009

Dr. Karen Clark at Crossroads Veterinary is the best! She went above and beyond to help a little puppy with two broken front paws that was given to us. Other vet specialists wanted an enormous amount of money to help this little pup. Dr. Karen Clark had a strong sense of urgency to help this pup at a fraction of the cost and even stayed after hours to finish up with the casts and surgery to make sure this little pup was comfortable. We strongly recommend anyone to try Crossroads first! The vets at Crossroads Vet Hospital are honest, truly care about the animals, compassionate and make personal sacrifices of their time and money to ensure the animals are helped! Their staff is also professional, courteous, very compassionate and friendly. They deserve an award! more

Caring , honest, attentive 5/1/2009

As a "mommy" of 4 cats I have used Crossroads Veterinary Hospital many times in the past 8 years. On every visit the staff have handled my cats with loving attention. I love that I am allowed to remain with my cats during exam, blood draws and treatments. On one of my first visits to CVH I took in a stray I had been feeding who had an infected, swollen paw. Since the cat was a stray , I was not charged for an office visit , only for the antibiotics! more

the BEST! 8/18/2007

The doctors and staff at crossroads have taken care of each of our three cats as if they were their own. They patiently explain procedures, options, and costs. \r \r While they are not an emergency-only hospital as their name might imply, they have always been able to squeeze us in for emergency appointments when necessary--even performing surgery late into the night to save our kitty!\r \r The prices are very reasonable. I have been to plenty of vets before where I felt like they were recommending unneccessary procedures just to make a buck--but not so with Crossroads. They don't believe in over-vaccinating your pets for illnesses they are not at risk for. more

WHAT MORE COULD ANYONE WANT. \r THEY ARE THE BEST IN MY BOOK & I'LL RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THEM. \r \r THANKS AGAIN GUYS FOR A JOB WELL DONE more

Honest, helpful, caring! 9/4/2005

I started taking my dog to the vets at Crossroads about 6 months ago. They are wonderful...the front desk staff, the groomers, the vet techs and especially the vets! They make sure to go over all charges before beginning treatment. They give you sveral options as well as explain the reason for each procedure. Their prices are competitve also. Their groomers are fantastic, too! more
