Crossroads Automotive

When I moved to this area 6 years ago I used the shop ""down the road"" they did okay until I was charged twice for work that I did not authorize. I refused to pay them the second time! After that i started taking my vehicles to Crossroads Automotive and have been very impressed each time. I can not begin to say how great I think this shop is and if you want honest, dependable work done on your car, this is the place to go! I have had nothing but very positive experiences every time I have had to have a car repaired! Best mechanics for miles around! I would never let anyone else work on my cars! more

We have taken all of our vehicles to Crossroads Automotive since their opening several years ago. We have always had excellent service from the mechanics. They are very honest and trustworthy, and we completely trust their judgment in diagnosing and repairing our vehicles. We are so please that we have this business in the McGee's Crossroads community. I have always hated taking my car to a garage. I always felt that the mechanics were condescending and taking advantage of me because I am a woman. Some of the garages were uncomfortable to wait around in for my car to be fixed ~ no where clean to sit, smelly, just plain unpleasant. I would beg my husband to take cars to the garage even if it wasn't convenient for him. But then I went to Crossroads Automotive. The owners were extremely nice and treated me with respect. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. There was a couch and chairs, and plenty of reading material. The bathroom was also well kept and clean. The mechanics explained what needed to be done to my car and how much it would cost. He also advised me that some of the repairs were warranty work that should be done by the dealership. He could have very easily done all of the work and been paid for it, and I would have been none the wiser. I knew then that I could trust these guys. Since then I have been every time my car needs any thing done to it. I don't dread going to this garage at all. Men may be comfortable at any garage, but most women aren't. This is the place for anybody who wants a trustworthy mechanic, nice environment to wait in, and excellent service. Wow, what can I say? I was uncertain about going to another auto mechanic and worried about how much it was going to cost and if they were telling me the truth! Crossroads Automotive exceeded my expectations on each of these. These guys were not only trustworthy but they made me feel like I mattered and very affordable. I have been going there for two years now and I wouldn't dream of taking my vehicles anywhere else!!! more

I've taken each of my cars to Crossroads Automotive several times, and each time they went beyond my expectations. They are outstanding at diagnosing and repairing almost any automotive engine problem. But beyond that, they give honest, trustworthy advice. More than once they have recommended a solution to a problem on one of my cars that was the best value for me, even if it meant less service work for them.
