Immensely courteous!! 5/13/2011

Very professional, readily accessible, knowledgeable and immensely courteous. Answered every question I had and shared tips and advice. He set up glue traps, identify possible breaches and left. He subsequently came twice after to check on the traps, rearrange them, and block out the holes. He also used black light powder to identify tracks which successfully led us to the holes. Impressed with the follow up. more

Within a few weeks our problem was solved! 4/25/2011

A couple of weeks ago, my parents, who live here at Dewberry, where bothered by a pesky rat who had decided to take up residency where he was not welcome. We tried everything we could to take care of the problem internally, but with no luck. We had used Critter Control in the past with great success so we gave you a call again. J.D. was sent out to access the situation and set traps. Within a couple of days, the problem was solved! more

Responsive & service oriented 4/18/2011

We had issues with rodents in our attic and though we had a monthly service through another company, they were not able to solve the issue. We called Critter Control and they found the entry points in the attic and closed them up. A few months later, we found that a rodent had found another entry point underneath our deck and made a temporary residence in our kitchen drawer (where it was nice warm and cozy). Once again, I called Critter Control and they were there to help eliminate them. Critter Control has been very reponsive and Chris, our key contact, has been great. Very responsive and service oriented. I would recommend Critter control more

Took care of our rat problem! 3/31/2011

Eew! We found ourselves sharing our home with roof rats. We could hear them in the attic, we found things they chewed in the garage, and we could hear them in the walls. Eew!\r \r Critter Control's approach to the problem was just what we were looking for. Rather than putting us on a lengthy service contract and periodically exterminating the rodents, they're approach is to identify all the access points used by the rats, close them up and end the problem forever.\r \r Our service technician, Mike, was terrific. He's pleasant to work with, communicates clearly and seems to have our best interests in mind. He became our partner in solving the problem and we're quite appreciative.\r \r With confidence, I recommend Critter Control. Goodbye roof rats... yeah!! more

Helped me with my squirrel problem! 3/30/2011

We just got a new roof and the roofers left a gap that squirrels started going into. Called Critter Control, they called me back within an hour. We had an inspection of our house and they set 3 traps. He crawled through the smallest entrance to the roof ever and was very informative and nice. I would definitely recommend this group for any animals moving into your house more

I used a franchise in my area (Wilmington, DE) to take care of a bird that invaded our home. The person I called was very caring and listened to my concerns about a critter in my house. At that time we had no idea what was in the house. She made sure that a gentlemen (Ray) came to see us to get rid of the critter. He even contacted me before he came and let us know when he would arrive. He was a pleasure to work with. He spoke with us, caught the bird very quickly and fixed our problem. I wanted to write you because I was very impressed with their customer service. In this day and age customer service seems to be a thing of the past. It is nice to know that we can still find a few caring businesses. We intend to tell all our friends, neighbors and family about our experience with this fine local business. more
