I wanted to thank you for going out of your way to get one of your guys out here yesterday. I realize you squeezed us in and I appreciate that. Brian did a great job and our office would like to recognize his knowledge and skill, as well as his great customer service. He came in, looked around, set the trap and spent some time answering questions and making the office feel at ease. We?d like to commend Brian and thank him for everything! Should we have any other needs in the future, we will be sure to give you a call! more

J.D. was so professional and kind to my parents. He explained about rats & mice, what to look for, how they could get in. He inspected the townhome from basement to attic and kept us informed with more

J.D. was so professional and kind to my parents. He explained about rats & mice, what to look for, how they could get in. He inspected the townhome from basement to attic and kept us informed with what he found. He also came back when he said he would. This meant a lot to my parents as well as myself. J.D. took the time to reassure them that he would be successful. Mr. Hartman, I deal with contractors on a daily basis in the apartment industry. I must say that this was the easiest call I have ever made! I will not hesitate to call your company again for any "critter" problems and I will recommend your company (& J.D.) highly. more
