Do not use this company! 3/26/2019

No real solution offered. I'm just frustrated in so many ways over this service and the icing on the cake is getting charged $175 to suggest putting poison in the basement! I'd like to note that I called due to hearing noises in the walls on the third floor not the basement. So is this all a ploy to keep coming back?? Charging every time? They couldn't even identify points of entry. Wasn't that the whole reason to come out?!? I have been around sales for many years and should have known that a company that must charge for an estimate/inspection is not confident in the work they do. Shame on me, I feel scammed. I am sick to my stomach. more

They were very prompt - the traps were placed the day after I called. Robert was very nice and explained everything. And next day - trapped groundhog! Everyone on the phone was professional. I wanted a company that could come quickly and was reliable and i am very satisfied. more

field rep responded w/in hours of initial contact. he assessed the problem, explained the options & determined the best location to place the trap. results were slower than i had hoped for but that was up to the animal, not the company. satisfied w/ the results. raccoon trapped & removed. would use again if needed. seems like a good company. more

Very pleased 1/22/2018

I am very pleased with the service received from Critter Control. I had raccoon issues. The noises coming from my wall throughout the night was unnerving. I was having nightmares and finally moved to sleeping on the couch. Critter Control was helpful, patient and helped rid me of the raccoon issue. They gave me back my peace of mind. Thank you. more
