field rep responded w/in hours of initial contact. he assessed the problem, explained the options & determined the best location to place the trap. results were slower than i had hoped for but that was up to the animal, not the company. satisfied w/ the results. raccoon trapped & removed. would use again if needed. seems like a good company.
