We brought Criterium-Ferrari Engineers in to look at a home we were thinking of buying. It was right before the holidays, and we had to get it done pretty quickly. They dropped everything and came up a good hour drive, There was about a foot and a half of snow on the ground, and they stayed there all day in the cold. Dan was so professional, and he did such a good job. He actually had to go into a crawl space, so he had to get dirty and so forth. Throughout the day, he talked through everything with us. He answered any questions we had professionally and in layman terms. He was extremely thorough with the information and pictures he provided me with. He really went above and beyond! If you want someone who is professional and knowledgeable, but also very thorough, Criterium-Ferrari Engineers is the company to go with. They put their customers first and listen to their needs. Criterium-Ferrari Engineers actually did a home inspection for us 10 years ago and then in the last year we needed Dan (of Criterium) to inspect the drawings of an architect who was doing work on our home. We then had Dan oversee the building of the remodel in addition to having him build a deck in a very short deadline for us. He was incredibly responsive to doing all those things, he was quick, efficient, and well priced and he never gave me the impression I was asking too much of him. It included a lot of driving and special ordering of things and I could not have asked for more capable workmanship.
