Criterium-Ferrari Engineers inspected our house we purchased 5 years ago. We were very happy with how thorough he was and the work it would take to fix and their diagnostic skills. This great work led us to use them again as we starting looking at houses again this year. Thanks to their inspections we have been able to purchase a new home, with an educated idea of the work that needs to be done, and our in escrow currently.
