Criterium-Ferrari Engineers actually did a home inspection for us 10 years ago and then in the last year we needed Dan (of Criterium) to inspect the drawings of an architect who was doing work on our home.
We then had Dan oversee the building of the remodel in addition to having him build a deck in a very short deadline for us. He was incredibly responsive to doing all those things, he was quick, efficient, and well priced and he never gave me the impression I was asking too much of him. It included a lot of driving and special ordering of things and I could not have asked for more capable workmanship.
Dan is very detail oriented, easy to work with, reachable, and lovely to be around.
