I was hoping for a little more time from Criterium-Disessa Engineers at the actual inspection. They did a structural inspection of a residential property for me and I didn't get to communicate with them that it felt rushed. Sometimes I do have to meet a schedule. I make it a habit to let the client know before I leave that they can call me with any additional questions after the inspection. Drew did a house inspection on property I am planning to buy. He showed up on time . He took his time going through the house and explaining things as he went trough it. His report was detailed and complete. His report enabled me to negotiate credits from seller on items that were not satisfactory. If you want an inspection that is complete and organized I would recommend Drews firm. more

He's a home inspector, home inspectors are not my favorite people. He does a good job though and he's a very nice guy.
