Mr. Disessa of Criterium-Disessa Engineers is very informative, professional and prompt in responding. Both over the phone and at our home I found him to be warm and intelligent. He is a good man and a good communicator. He invited questions and was patient in explaining what he would do to analyze our problem. I also felt comfortable calling the office because his support staff was completely courteous and polite every time.
