He's a home inspector, home inspectors are not my favorite people. He does a good job though and he's a very nice guy.

Granted, some home inspectors don't have the best rep in the real estate industry. We consider ourselves as engineers first, and home inspectors second. Our goal is not to just point out problems, but to give the best service to the client, which includes our opinions as engineers.
