I found the Criswell dealership online while looking for a used Acura TSX. A live online chat was available so I checked it out. The customer service person responded quickly and pleasantly, referring my questions to Sales Manager Gary Moser. I spoke with Gary by phone and he assured me that if I chose to drive down (at the last minute on a Saturday at the end of the month so his staff was BUSY!), his sales staff would be happy to assist me. I was a little leery of the whole experience having had an extremely unpleasant experience with my hometown car dealership and I just assumed this would be more of the same. When I arrived I was assisted immediately by Herbert Hernandez. He was patient, knowledgeable, and quite easy and entertaining to talk to and answered all my questions.
The experience just got better from there. The car I found online was just what I wanted and when I questioned Herbert about the online discount he assured me that indeed that was the price. I just expected the online story to change once I actually got to the dealership, but I just continued to be pleasantly surprised. Kristie, the finance contact, was cheery, thorough, and quick to process my purchase, and soon I was on my way.
I love my car and can't say enough about Criswell's professional employees. My experience was literally stress-free and I will happily recommend Criswell and their staff to my family and friends! Thanks so much for such a positive experience!!
