He provided pressure-free assistance, and was very willing to let us drive different vehicles and go at our own pace to make the right purhcasing decision. The color and options we wanted were not readily available; however, Mike spent the time to locate what we wanted. After Mike found a car that was pretty close to our specifications (and we were willing to purchase it), he then found the car that was exactly what we wanted at a better price. The Service center is great! We called literally all over the nation and no one but this dealership had our part for our RV while we were on our road trip. Service manager was so kind and thoughtful that our feelings were relieved knowing he had one part left but would put it in his desk and save it for us. We then talked to Maurice was about as nice as a person can be and scheduled our appointment. We cancelled our plans in D.C. and headed to Gaithersburg, Maurice as promised had our part on hold in the manager's desk just as he promised us days before. I received your letter dated February 19, 2012, about my recent business in your service department. I was treated well. In fact, last week, the week following the service done, I discovered the transmission for my Dodge minivan had developed a hard shift following the service done on Friday, February 17th. I called on Wednesday morning, February 22th, to Mike Ugolint about the problem and not only did he remember me, but he allow me to bring in the car that same morning. A technician (I don't remember his name) rode with me to understand the problem and then worked on the car to correct the problem that same day. I want you to understand that I greatly appreciate the work done by Mike and that technician (Mike should know his name). The car has run without the problem since I got it back. I have to admit, Criswell Chrysler Jeep Dodge is one of the finest dealerships there is. They were prepared when I arrived? This is my little story when I heard of Criswell, my friend told me that I needed a new car or up to date car, at first this was just a joke but then after I took it a bit serious? I?ve had the same vehicle for quite a while. And it was time for a new car! So she told me about Criswell Chrysler Jeep Dodge, I looked it up and saw this 2010 Dodge Challenger R/T Coupe! I said ?wow that?s going to be my car?! When I said that it was about 3 days ago, I emailed my ?get a new car friend? and she automatically said it?s so me. I knew I needed to get that car. I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday with Jason, Wednesday came and I was quite excited that morning and at the same time nervous. As soon as I walked in to the show room floor Jason was already waiting for me. That there made me feel comfortable, he walked me through all of the steps of financing and in the mean time I needed to drive that Challenger. My eyes were set on that vehicle and so we did, we drove it around and really felt attached to it. Once we came back he gave me all of the information to the vehicle for example the car fax report and other great stuff. I was so impressed with all the preparation Jason had for me.
