****HORRIBLE PLACE****I was referred by my Insurance Geico to this horrible place, I took my car in for the Bumper to get fixed 3 days later they called me that my car was ready I went to pick it up and the job they did was embarrasing. The bumper was tucked underneath the fender, the manager apologized that they didn't notice it (how could you not?) .I received another call that my car once again ready a day later went back and it was worse than before, there was paint overspray on the side that didnt need to be fixed. I kept getting the runaround of why the bumper wasn't fitting properly first it was the headlight then because it was something with the bumper?? Finally after 2 weeks they pretty much told me that would be as good as it gets with the fitting and there was nothing else they could do for me, worst experience ever!! I will never go there again and will defintely make sure none of my friends and family go there. more

TERRIFIC COMPANY TO DEAL WITH 4/17/2012

I have had occasion to have two cars repaired by Central Collision Center on Main Street in Salt Lake, and was very pleased with my experience each time. The people I dealt with were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The work was done quickly and the quality of the work done was excellent in each case. The prices were reasonable, which made me very happy because one of the repairs was not covered by my insurance. The convenience of having the car rental service on the premise was a definite plus. I have dealt with other repair shops over the years, and while I have never been really displeased with the service I received, Central Collision Center seemed to go above and beyond what was expected of them, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto body repairs. more

Dishonest, rude, liars. Incompetente work. 4/2/2012

My husband had an accident, and was referred by geico insurance. They did a terrible job, bumpers do not fit properly, they said because they were aftermarket bumpers and put a thousands of excuses for their incompetence. We went to the dealer and they confirmed that they were original parts. They are liars and rude especially the manager. I don't understand geico partners with this kind of dishonest and incompetent people. I'd rate zero stars. more

Central Collision Ctr 1/25/2011

I'm not sure what experience those previous customers had but my experience was very good. They delivered when promised. The workmanship was outstanding. Details were taken care of as well as followups. Jay has outstanding customer service skills and I can't imagine he hasn't done is upmost to deal with any issues. I drive an expensive car and you really can't see any color differences or flaws in any of the work. Perhaps those bad reviewers had old vehicles where the paint match is impossible or perhaps they didn't follow the instructions on taking care of your vehicle after the repair work. more

Horrible Product with Horrible Service 12/6/2010

I got into a minor accident in a parking lot, where a guy swiped the front passenger side of my car. I went to Central Collision Center located at 2301 S. Main Street because my insurance company had me go to get a quote on how much it would be to fix. I wish I never had gone there. more

Bad Service at the Central Collision Ctr, South Salt Lake 12/3/2010

We had one minor scratch on the door of our car. I and my wife took our car to Central Collision Ctr @ 2301 S Main St, because our insurance company referred them and we believed that they are going to fix it. At the day of pick-up we saw a huge color difference between the two doors and I showed to the guy and he told me that it is going to match by itself with in three to four weeks and he said if not bring it back and they promised to fix it. When I came back, they changed their mind and told me to pay additional money. It seems like they just think about themselves winning more money instead of thinking about their customers. more
