I'm not sure what experience those previous customers had but my experience was very good. They delivered when promised. The workmanship was outstanding. Details were taken care of as well as followups. Jay has outstanding customer service skills and I can't imagine he hasn't done is upmost to deal with any issues. I drive an expensive car and you really can't see any color differences or flaws in any of the work. Perhaps those bad reviewers had old vehicles where the paint match is impossible or perhaps they didn't follow the instructions on taking care of your vehicle after the repair work.
