I recently took my car to this location for an estimate after being in an accident. Mark Lowe, the estimator, said he would have the estimate ready that afternoon and would call me. I specifically asked him to check the front end and the brakes on the side that was damaged in the accident.. That afternoon came and went, so I called him the next morning. He said he hadn't finished the estimate yet and would call me that afternoon. Again, no phone call. I got a phone call the next day from the insurance company, not Mr Lowe, saying the estimate had been finished. I told the adjustor that I would be picking up my car and finding another body shop, and why. If you won't keep your word about making a phone call, why should I think you'll do the work you're saying you'll do? The adjustor told me that Mr Lowe had only found body damage, and he had found no damage to any system components. Obviously, he found no other damage because he didn't look! There is definitely damage to the front end, brake lines, and radiator. Instead of checking what I asked him to, Mr Lowe took it upon himself to write up another estimate on body damage that was completely unrelated to the accident. When I went to pick up my car, he did not even speak to me, much less go over the estimate with me. Definitely will not do business with this company, and will tell all of my family and friends not to either.
Pros: Great receptionist! Very friendly and professional!
Cons: This shop serves the best interests of the insurance companies and obviously doesn't care about the customers who own the cars they work on.
