Beyond My Expectations 3/30/2012

I recently had collision repair at your Bedford location and the estimator was Sean Holzschuh. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the communications and quality of the work. The resulting quality was beyond my expectations. The car looks no different from the day it was brand new. more

WONT BE BACK 3/21/2012

I had my truck in this shop twice. I should've learned the first time,which was for hail damage. I had to call them for updates as they never called me,and my truck was done three days later than promised with no notification of any delays. The second time I was rear ended so my bumper had to be replaced and the bed needed minor repair on the right side. It was promised in four days. Ten days later I go to pick it up, once again after having to call them for updates and why is it taking so long, and they must've thought I was blind if I was going to drive it home with a bed molding that was comletely crooked and squigley, a tail light that was improperly reinstalled and a crappy buff job. Plus they said my bumper would be an OEM replacement but when I saw it I could tell it was a refurbished one,which the estimator finally admitted, as it was not completely straight.On top of that they made it sound as if it was my fault they had to rush to get it back to me. DON'T PROMISE DELIVERY IN FOUR DAYS IF IT'S GOING TO TAKE TEN. So I had to wait even longer for them to redo the moldiing,fix the tail light and buff it out again. I was treated as an inconvenience because of their incompetence. Plus they hasseled me about rental reimbursement since they lied to my ins.co. about how long the repair actually took.They're lucky I didn't sue them.I wont recommend these lying hacks for anything. more

beyond our expectations 7/13/2011

I want to thank James Robinson for the excellent service and repair of my Chevrolet Silverado. As you know it was a new truck and the hail damage was extensive. We were very concerned that it could not be returned to its new quality look and beauty. We were very happy to find that your state of the art facility was able to do the repairs beyond our expectations. Your personal willingness to keep in touch with us during the repair relieved a lot of our anxiety and answered all our questions more

It?s not often that I write reviews regarding service. Having said that, I do want to tell you that I just had the most painless repair completed on my automobile. Kara Congi did a wonderful job in communicating the status of the repair and explanation of what was needed to maintain the quality of the repair. more

Where to take your car after an accident....period! 4/10/2009

I have been to Craig's Collision many time as I stated in the comment to the other reviewer. I have always had very pleasurable experiences each time I have been. There is never anything ""good"" about an auto accident, but the folks up at Craig's Collision in Bedford have always went the extra mile to try and make it as ""good"" as it can be. I have always told and will continue to tell all of my friends, family & associates about the great service and quality of repairs to be had at Craig's Collision Center in Bedford! Pros: Friendly receptionist, Excellent customer service Cons: A little tricky finding more

Not as great as they appear! 11/9/2008

I recently took my car to this location for an estimate after being in an accident. Mark Lowe, the estimator, said he would have the estimate ready that afternoon and would call me. I specifically asked him to check the front end and the brakes on the side that was damaged in the accident.. That afternoon came and went, so I called him the next morning. He said he hadn't finished the estimate yet and would call me that afternoon. Again, no phone call. I got a phone call the next day from the insurance company, not Mr Lowe, saying the estimate had been finished. I told the adjustor that I would be picking up my car and finding another body shop, and why. If you won't keep your word about making a phone call, why should I think you'll do the work you're saying you'll do? The adjustor told me that Mr Lowe had only found body damage, and he had found no damage to any system components. Obviously, he found no other damage because he didn't look! There is definitely damage to the front end, brake lines, and radiator. Instead of checking what I asked him to, Mr Lowe took it upon himself to write up another estimate on body damage that was completely unrelated to the accident. When I went to pick up my car, he did not even speak to me, much less go over the estimate with me. Definitely will not do business with this company, and will tell all of my family and friends not to either. Pros: Great receptionist! Very friendly and professional! Cons: This shop serves the best interests of the insurance companies and obviously doesn't care about the customers who own the cars they work on. more
