I have been to Craig's Collision many time as I stated in the comment to the other reviewer. I have always had very pleasurable experiences each time I have been. There is never anything ""good"" about an auto accident, but the folks up at Craig's Collision in Bedford have always went the extra mile to try and make it as ""good"" as it can be. I have always told and will continue to tell all of my friends, family & associates about the great service and quality of repairs to be had at Craig's Collision Center in Bedford!
Pros: Friendly receptionist, Excellent customer service
Cons: A little tricky finding
