I had my truck in this shop twice. I should've learned the first time,which was for hail damage. I had to call them for updates as they never called me,and my truck was done three days later than promised with no notification of any delays. The second time I was rear ended so my bumper had to be replaced and the bed needed minor repair on the right side. It was promised in four days. Ten days later I go to pick it up, once again after having to call them for updates and why is it taking so long, and they must've thought I was blind if I was going to drive it home with a bed molding that was comletely crooked and squigley, a tail light that was improperly reinstalled and a crappy buff job. Plus they said my bumper would be an OEM replacement but when I saw it I could tell it was a refurbished one,which the estimator finally admitted, as it was not completely straight.On top of that they made it sound as if it was my fault they had to rush to get it back to me. DON'T PROMISE DELIVERY IN FOUR DAYS IF IT'S GOING TO TAKE TEN. So I had to wait even longer for them to redo the moldiing,fix the tail light and buff it out again. I was treated as an inconvenience because of their incompetence. Plus they hasseled me about rental reimbursement since they lied to my ins.co. about how long the repair actually took.They're lucky I didn't sue them.I wont recommend these lying hacks for anything.
