The afternoon shuttle driver could stand a bit more familiarity with her driving area ... or a GPS. Although I'm told she is new on the job, so I'll cut her some slack. Overall, the employees seem to be sharp, polite efficient and trustworthy. Thus, a 5 star rating. more

I would like to thank you for your quick and professional work on my 1998 chevy p.u. I can see marking up your parts to help make your business profitable but when you charge $560.56 for an internal fuel pump,and I can get the same one for 59.99,thats to high for my fixed income. Friendly, knowledgeable 7/1/2013

We chose to sit in the waiting area while getting an oil change. I was impressed by the amount of repeat customers that were coming in. Rhonda and Justin were very friendly and interacted great with other customers as well, knowing some of them by name. We has a free service coupon and they treated us with the upmost respect, which will earn business in the future. Thanks for the great service!! more

They do a great, efficient job and not more than necessary. They keep an eye on tasks that might need to be done and explain what "fixes" need to done with no pressure. They also have great customer service...they genuinely like people (not just your money!) more

I have heard people refer to Crabtree as "expensive" - I refer to Crabtree as "affordable", they treat my car like it is theirs:) Couldn't be ANY happier, with service, parts, people, etc. (p.s. I don't work there or know anyone who works there). more
