Underwhelmed 3/31/2014

The carpet cleaner neglected to reconnect my front hose system before he left the property. So I got a very wet "awakening" when I turned on my hose to water the plants in my front yard on Sunday morning. I also think that the additional $110 fee for treating urine stains was incredibly exorbitant, given that all was done was a very quick and cursory spray of some fragrance over my carpet. I think that there should have been more concentrated and targeted issue treatment for such an exorbitant fee. The operator seemed more concerned with enhancing the dollar amount of the fee. Are your agents paid on a commission basis, perchance? more

Jamis was twenty-five minutes early, wasn't really a problem but I had intended to be here when he arrived. He was scheduled for twelve noon, he arrived at 11:35AM. Fortunately, my wife was here or he would have had to wait for my arrival at 11:55AM. I run on time and feel it's a good standard. Jamis was courteous, consenhsious, and efficient in his work. I would welcome him back into our home again. more

Our company called them last minute with an odd job request and they were able to meet & exceed our needs & expectations for a reasonable price. We were very satisfied with there service and they were incredibly pleasant to work with. more

There was a mix up about the time and day to do the carpet cleaning initally, but the appointment was satisfactorly rescheduled and the carpet cleaning turned out fantastic! 2/23/2014

I am extremely to have found coyote carpet cleaning in the book of the "very Best of Phoenix" listing and I am completely satisfied with the carpet cleaning that I had done with Coyote carpet cleaning. The staff were very helpful and very considerate. I will surely have my carpets clean by them again next time I need it! more

Coyote Carpet Cleaning's technicians are always pleasant and professional. They do a great job! I've had them come out for a few years now. As long as they continue to do a great service, I'll continue to have them come out. People are very pleasant on the phone. I tell them what I want and ask what it will cost. We verify the amount. The last time I did that, they didn't pressure me or try to sell me more than the service I wanted to have done at that time. They're reasonably priced, professional, and do a beautiful job. more

Best cleaning of tile and carpet I have ever had and at a great price 6/14/2013

I don't remember the name of the gentleman that cleaned my carpet and tile. He did a great job and took his time to get out all the stains in the carpet and on the tile. more
