Plumber 3/3/2012

Jeff from Cox came out on a Saturday to help unplug a drain that was terribly clogged in our house (the MAIN pipe, going to the street). He was quick, crazy quick, and very professional. He let us stand by and watch without making us feel like we were in the way and he also didn't take but about 5 minutes to find out exactly where the problem was coming from. Yes, it was a little over $400 for 2 hours--but it was on a Saturday and that included drive time to and from our house. I say to have peace of mind and professional service, you can't beat that. I am VERY pleased with the service! more

World Class! 3/25/2011

When you have bever had a plumbing leak before, was recommended by a friend. After calling a plumber was at my home within a few hours and had the problem squared away immediately! He worked fast and efficiently and was so nice! I will definitely be using this company again! more

If you want to be treated fairly and get fast efficient service - one call does it all. I recently had a plumbing emergency - one of the guys left the job he was on to stabilize my situation. more

I would rate Cox Plumbing as satisfactory. There service was prompt and efficient but I have noticed that they do not honor their bids as well as I think they should. On several occasions, they found additional work that needed to be done after a bid was submitted and locked in for a job. As a general contractor, that is really tough to deal with because most often, the general is stuck with that overage. more

Cox Plumbing is a family owned business that puts service first. They respond to the home owner immediately. They have always presented a fair estimate for the work, and stayed within budget. You can't count on Cox. more
