Review content:
I would rate Cox Plumbing as satisfactory. There service was prompt and efficient but I have noticed that they do not honor their bids as well as I think they should. On several occasions, they found additional work that needed to be done after a bid was submitted and locked in for a job. As a general contractor, that is really tough to deal with because most often, the general is stuck with that overage.
