the movers themselves were great and very hard working. \r HOWEVER.....the administrative ladies, the owner, and the overall customer service was horrendous! I reserved 3 movers but on the day of my move only 2 showed up. It took far longer with only two men there so not only did we have to spend hours more moving but I also had to pay more because you pay by the hour. So it cost me more time and more money because one of their movers didn't show.\r When I called to express how unhappy I was I got the run around. They basically just told me that I had to pay based on the time it took. After MULTIPLE phone calls they decided to give me a SMALL refund. After a week I still did not get the refund. I had to call back AGAIN and they had no idea what I was talking about! I asked to have the owner call me. Almost one week after that I still heard nothing. \r I called back AGAIN and was noticeably frustrated, I finally got the owner on the phone but instead of trying to make it right she began yelling at me and getting frustrated with me! UNBELIEVABLE AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!\r Please, please, PLEASE....use someone else for your move. more

Cowboy moving recently moved my moms house across town. They were on-time, reliable, hard working and a good deal. The actual move came in well below what they quoted us (We had a lot of stuff in the garage for one end). They only charged us for the time of the move (if we had gone with one of the companies that charges per move and not by hour we would have spent $1000 more!). The office called before and during the moves to see how it was going. We had the unfortunate problem of having them deliver during a snow storm, we got 6"" of snow overnight. They still came and called to let us know they would be delayed. They used blankets to cover the floor (free of charge) and they even shoveled the drive! One other major plus for Cowboy is that if you need for them to store your stuff for a night or two they are very reasonable in price and do not unload it from the truck. This was a large cost savings as we were delayed a day in moving into the new home and with another company this could have cost us hundreds. I would recommend Cowboy Moving and especially Darrel, Dominick, Jesse, and KB. more

Cowboy Moving made our office move a much more pleasurable experience. The men were polite, offered good advice and worked extremely hard. I would highly suggest them to anyone who is moving their office or home. more

We used Cowboy Moving & Storage in early November 2011 to have some furniture be moved out of our basement. Payden Browning and Bryan Calderon were the movers and they did such a great job! I didn't have to worry about furniture getting scratched because they made it so easy! What great service. We will be requesting both Payden and Bryan to come to our house once we have the remodeling completed. Should be sometime in the early months of the new year of 2012. more

Mike Ehrlich and Jorge Martinez delivered 5 pieces for me on 12-9-10. These pieces consisted of a very large bookshelf and desk. Both of these items were extremely heavy and had to be moved up a narrow, steep staircase in an old victorian home. more

I wanted everyone to know that Jose Sr, Gerardo & Denis were all very helpful on 11/20/10. They were on time , professional, nothing was broken and efficient. Thanks!! more

I have to write and say what a wonderful job that Eleazar and Tobi did for my husband and I. I have never had such a wonderful and professional job completed for us ever before. My husband and I move a lot due to my husbands work and we have used several movers in the past as a result of their excellent service I will definitely be calling you again in the future. I recently relocated from Lakewood to Ft Colline. As you know moving can be a stressful situation. However, your moving crew that moved our possessions were able to make it less stressful. through their efficient and effective handling of the move. Each member of the team brought a little different skill or personality to the task. Darrel Vargas demonstrated his excellent driving ability by maneuvering his big rig around our cul-de-sac. Jose Ochoa demonstrated his long experience in moving by getting some of our most awkward items (elliptical exercise equipment) around tight corners and into the basement. Tony Reyes was the quiet efficient type who made a mountain of boxes disappear into the truck. Beto kept things light by joking with us about not being able to get the piano where we wanted it, but sure enough it was put right where we wanted. All in all these men worked hard and as a team to get the job done. I commend them. Thank you more
