You will be nickeled and dimed upon moving out. You literally have to take pictures before you move in and have that as your evidence. Never again! To think that my husband will consider living there again, want happen on my time. more

This is the 3rd Place in Dallas that I have lived, and I am finally home. I have been downtown (absurdly overpriced) and inconvenient. I have easy access to everything I need, and the price is very reasonable. Nice, comfortable place to live. more

Wow! What a difference in apartment homes! All apartments have some issues with maintenance and noise when they are this old but this place definately is a step above the rest. Fantastic Staff, Awesome Maintenance Team, the courtyards are breath taking, and my neighbors are so nice. One even came over and brought cookies to introduce themselves to me! Wow! My A/c has gone out twice in a month and they were very quick to handle it! It was 2 different things they said. But they fixed everything and life is good! more

Very Happy! 2/21/2012

I heard about this site from a friend that lives here as weel and thought that I would give it a shot. I've been here for almost 7 months now and it has been great so far. The only thing I have had maintenance come into my home for is to change the filters to the a/c unit and a few light bulbs. Thats a plus that I dont have to go to walmart everytime to change bulbs and filters. I never seem to get the right size filters anyways. more

Wow! What a Difference! 2/8/2012

I have lived several places in the North Dallas area, but, I found my perfect home here about a year ago. Close enough to walk to work, and Celestial park is so close that I can run my sweet dog everyday. I highly recommend this place. more

Quiet Place 1/4/2012

The courtyards are amazing! The people there are great. I have truly enjoyed my time here. I am only here in Dallas for a year and then I move back to India. This place is amazing and I will miss it very much. I do recommend this to everyone. Thank you. more

The areas best kept secret 10/6/2011

I didnt really know this was place was even here until I stumbled in one day, and its awesome! The underground garage is perfect for my car, parking is free and I have 2 cars! I even got a referral bonus for getting my cousin to move in. I recommend it to everyone! more

I have lived here for 5 years. My company is now transferring me to Houston and I have to move by December. The staff is my absolute favorite! The resident events were always a blast too! The prices here were never an issue and maintenance fixed things THAT DAY!! I really hope I can find a place just like The Courts in Houston.... more

Renewed today 10/6/2011

I just renewed my lease for the 3rd time today. I mean, I couldn't resist! My rent only went up $10 again this time and its still stupid cheap! I am getting way more than what I pay for this place, I mean I don't need a gym membership anymore, the resident events are fun, there's tanning and dry saunas, and underground parking garage. Ill be here a while (just FYI) :)) more

I literally showed up here just in time, I guess it was meant to be! They are so full that they have a waiting list for some apartments! I just happened to show up on the day one came available (in a rare circumstance) and I leased it immediately. I guess the apartments here dont stay available for very long, I'm glad I got in :) more

Great Move! 9/29/2011

I couldn't be happier with my recent move to here. I was at my previous apartment for a few year. Liked it but now I understand what it feels like to be very happy with my home! I live on a top floor and haven't heard or even seen my neighbors yet. It's very quite. Unlike across the street. To bad the summers over. I heard the pool parties were awesome. Ready for next summer already!!!! more

my wife and I have been here 4 years and we love it. We have a nice top floor 2 bedroom with a great view and all the upgrades. Its affordable and a safe place to live! We will stay here until we end up getting a house. more
