I heard about this site from a friend that lives here as weel and thought that I would give it a shot. I've been here for almost 7 months now and it has been great so far. The only thing I have had maintenance come into my home for is to change the filters to the a/c unit and a few light bulbs. Thats a plus that I dont have to go to walmart everytime to change bulbs and filters. I never seem to get the right size filters anyways.
