My wife and I just purchased our fourth Honda Odyssey from Skip Sage and Mark Dowell at AutoNation Honda. The kind, friendly, and upfront honest attention and feedback you get from Skip and Mark is outstanding. These two gentlemen are what keep us coming back to AutoNation Honda. We have built a personal relationship with them. I live about two hours from the dealership but the service I receive is well worth the drive. I would recommend anyone in the market for a new vehicle to go see these two gentlemen for the best deal of your life!! more

Daryl was very helpful and caring of how you feel & makes sure your getting a vehicle that fits you & your needs. I bought a car from here a few days ago and I have to say, it has been the best car shopping experience I have yet to have. The salesman that helped me ""Mr. Luis Maldonado"" was extremely nice and knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in. He was very patient with me while I was making my decisions. He also sacrificed his time to do me favors such as; programming the radio and connecting my Bluetooth. more

I live fairly close to two Honda dealerships and after shopping for a couple weeks I decided to stop by Courtesy Honda in Sanford. When I got there I was immediately greeted by Luis. He was very kind and greeted me and my family kindly. After briefly telling him what I was looking for he said he had the exact car. When were asked to sit inside and allow him to do the foot work and locate the car on the lot, it was very hot. After looking at the car I was convinced this young man knew his stuff, so we bought the car. Since then he's called to check with us and see if we had any questions as well as to thank us for the purchase. I will be going back in the future in the event I need another vehicle. 2 thumbs up!! more

What can I say, when I get good service I like to talk about it. Adrian in customer care is a great help. I bought a car from him back in the day when he sold cars so I wanted to shout him out for always being great to my family. Even to this day when he sees me in the service drive he always stops to talk to me. Rest of the staff is super nice too. We'll buying another after the summer, see you then Courtesy! more

Taking some time today to review Sam and Adrian at Courtesy! We bought a new Honda Fit and we absolutely love it! Working with Sam in in internet was simple. My husband even enjoyed it lol We had some issues to clear up and sam was off that day, Adrian wilson the customer service manager stepped in and assisted, what a guy! Exceeds all others 5/21/2012

I came into this dealership Saturday, unsure of the exact car I wanted. My decision was simplified due to Luis Maldonado's great knowledge of the industry and its products. I ended up buying a civic and very happy with my decision. Luis even gave me a follow up call to ensure my satisfaction. I have bought from other dealerships and sales reps, but Courtesy Honda and Luis Maldonado exceeds all others. I extreamly recommend coming here, ask for Luis Maldonado, even if you just have questions. more

great place to buy a car 5/20/2012

I just moved to the orlando area a couple of months ago. And after a couple of weeks of shopping around I came accross Courtesy Honda. There I met Luis Maldonado. He has been fantastic. Everything from the initial meeting to even calling me to check and see if I have had any questions regarding my new civic. I just want to say it was a great experiance for buying a car, because these transactions can be nerv wrecking. See Luis im sure he will treat you great!! more

I would like to say thanks to Luis Maldonado and the Courtesy Honda organization. After spending a few days shopping around for a new suv I found Courtesy Honda. Everything was pleasent from the begining. When I got there I was greeted by Luis. He is very knowledable about the CRV. He answered all my questions with ease. I must admit though they were not the cheapest dealer to sell the car, I did buy it from there because of the service I recieved. Since then he (Luis) has contacted me to thank me and see if I have any questions. I feel real confidant that I will be doing business with them again. Thanks Luis!! more

great buying experiance 5/11/2012

I have bought cars before and this was the best experiance I've had to date. I was helping my mother find a inexpensive car for her transportation needs. After several other places we came accross Courtesy Honda in sanford. When we got there we were greated by Luis Maldonado. He walked up to us with a friendly warm smile. After explaining what we wanted he showed us a few cars. Long story short we felt very welcome and bought the car. Since then he has called us to to thank us and see if there was any questions about the car. Great place!! Ask for Luis when you show up. He'll treat you very well!! thumbs up*2 more

A great experiance 5/7/2012

First off I would like to say I dont buy cars very often, so going to to car dealership was not something I was looking foward to. Anyway. I got to Courtesy on sunday and was greeted by a young man named Luis Maldonado. He was very friendly and upbeat. after a brief conversation I knew that I had met a associate who knew what he was doing. Im a retired engineneer and asking how things come toghether and work is in my DNA. Luis was able to answer everything on the button. No let me check, or I dont know, or I'll find out. There was even a couple questions that I asked that I already knew but wanted to see if I was dealing with a true professional. Long story short my visit was nothing short of amazing. Luis knew everything and the whole process was great. I will continue to do business with them for as long as I can. thanks Luis!! more

Big thanks to Luis Maldonado for helping me with my family's second Honda purchase. He gave us all the info and was a great guy to chat with while waiting for the paperwork to process. The car looked amazing after clean up and Luis has since called us to make sure everything was great. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used Honda vehicle. Adrian Wilson in customer care was a real help too an accessory install question. -F more
