First off I would like to say I dont buy cars very often, so going to to car dealership was not something I was looking foward to. Anyway. I got to Courtesy on sunday and was greeted by a young man named Luis Maldonado. He was very friendly and upbeat. after a brief conversation I knew that I had met a associate who knew what he was doing. Im a retired engineneer and asking how things come toghether and work is in my DNA. Luis was able to answer everything on the button. No let me check, or I dont know, or I'll find out. There was even a couple questions that I asked that I already knew but wanted to see if I was dealing with a true professional. Long story short my visit was nothing short of amazing. Luis knew everything and the whole process was great. I will continue to do business with them for as long as I can. thanks Luis!!
