Country Flower Shop

Extremely disappointed with quality of their flowers. Have been a loyal customer since 1976, in December 2013 ordered funeral flowers for my Mother-in-Law's memorial service. Ordered 3 different floral arrangements 1 from her children, 1 from her grandchildren and 1 from her great grandchild at the cost of $500.00. When we arrived at the memorial service only 2 of the 3 floral arrangements had arrived. When I. Called Country Flower from the funeral home I spoke with Kathy she indicated that I only ordered 2 arrangements; after checking the order she said, ""we missed the 3rd order"". Voiced my disappointment and stated to her that I would like the arrangement as soon as possible since the memorial service was about to begin. After looking at the other arrangements from friends and family which were beautiful fresh arrangements from all over the Milwaukee area including Parkway Floral from South Milwaukee which sent an absolutely beautiful arrangement( which lasted for weeks after the memorial service) I had noticed the flowers from Country Flower appeared wilted, white roses were bent over drooping, ferns were dried and shriveled( had to throw them out the day after the memorial service because they were dead). I was totally embarrassed that I would have suggested to patronize Country Flower Shop in Cudahy. I decided to pay this bill in person, I spoke to the owner, I voiced my displeasure with him stated that I had patronized his establishment since 1976. I explained the above situation and showed him the pictures of all the flowers that I took, then I showed him the flowers that Country Flower had sent. He stated ""we do not use these flowers and asked me if I was sure that they came from them"" ? I looked at him in disbelief since I was holding his bill in my hand for $500.00. After dealing with him I now know that they will never receive our business again. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU USE Country Flower Shop of Cudahy!!!!!!!! more

I bought 49 roses, mix of white, yellow and red for my wife's birthday last week and they were all dead within 5 days in our air conditioned house that stays at 72 degrees. Called to complain and they told us that roses don't last long and they were sorry. didn't offer any compensation or a future discount for the $160.00 they cost. Will never buy another thing from this shop I recommend you do the same more

I placed an online order at 8:30 this morning for floral delivery today, which is hours prior to the 11 am deadline for same-day delivery. I was sent an email at 12:30 saying that my order was missed. I was at lunch when this email arrived. When I called at 1:30 I was told the delivery man had already left for the day to deliver to the area where my flowers needed to go and that my flowers would not be delivered. I was shocked. I was not offered any alternative and now it's too late in the day for me to call another flower shop. I have been a loyal customer since 1984. Country Flowers did my wedding. Even though I don't live in Miwaukee anymore, whenever I needed flowers, I still called and used your flower shop. I will never use your flower shop ever again. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in the way I was treated. more

Over the years I have received and purchased flowers from this shop. They are very accomodating, even with a short notice. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If something isn't right they try to make adjustments for your satisfaction. more

A coworker's husband gave most beautiful flower arrangements to his wife for birthdays, Valentine's Day, etc.\r \r When I found out that the flowers were from Country Flower Shop, I tried to get them for my wedding (I called a little later than I should have). They were so busy, I couldn't get them in time. I eventually got over the disappointment - however, we've been buying flowers from them since. \r \r The employees at this store actually put some thought into flower arrangements. Everything they do is beautiful. more

I have been sending flowers through Country Flower Shop for about 25 years and I have always been extremely pleased with them. The flower arrangements are always fresh and beautiful and I have found them to be a good value. The people are always pleasant to talk to. I never order flowers from anywhere else. more

If there happens to be something wrong with any order, he will go out of his way to fix it or replace what you need. very friendly and fast service. Can order online or by telephone, or the old fashioned way- Just by stopping in! more
