I placed an online order at 8:30 this morning for floral delivery today, which is hours prior to the 11 am deadline for same-day delivery. I was sent an email at 12:30 saying that my order was missed. I was at lunch when this email arrived. When I called at 1:30 I was told the delivery man had already left for the day to deliver to the area where my flowers needed to go and that my flowers would not be delivered. I was shocked. I was not offered any alternative and now it's too late in the day for me to call another flower shop. I have been a loyal customer since 1984. Country Flowers did my wedding. Even though I don't live in Miwaukee anymore, whenever I needed flowers, I still called and used your flower shop. I will never use your flower shop ever again. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in the way I was treated.
