Country Club Villa

Think twice about renting at country club villa apartments!! If ANYTHING happens to you like, losing your job, transfering in your job, or being ORDERED by the Superior Court of California to move so you can get custody of your kid, CCV will hold you to your lease term with absolutely NO HEART or EMPATHY to you! Period! They ARE rude and very demeaning, and they do not care about their tennants!! They are now filing an unlawful detainer against me and suing me. Yes I showed them the court order, and begged and pleaded for them to have a heart. THEY HAVE NONE!! I left the apartment immaculate (and took 75 pictures to prove it with the SJ Mercury Newspaper in every one of them) and I just got a letter from them with a very lengthy list of repairs, "extra cleaning" $1300.00 in concessions (what the hell are concessions???) and now they say I owe them an astronomical amount of money!! What a bunch of greedy, scamming, no spine bastards!! Think twice about renting at country club villa apartments!! THEY SUCK!! I love the complex. Its very quiet and clean. Very nice. The staff are not as nice. They know very little abourt customer service. They stare outside the office sometimes and try to make people feel uncomfortable.They seem to be on some sort of power trip. They meddle too much with people just trying to enjoy themselves at the pool, or just in general. Although the complex itself is very nice, I would not refer anyone there because of the rude staff. I currently live at the Country Club Villa Apartments. The area is great, the staff needs to take customer service trainings-they are RUDE, the manager isnt even willing to listen to your complaints! Pros: Close to stores and good security-they are very nice Cons: If you have one car then your okay but if you have two, you have trouble! more
