Think twice about renting at country club villa apartments!! If ANYTHING happens to you like, losing your job, transfering in your job, or being ORDERED by the Superior Court of California to move so you can get custody of your kid, CCV will hold you to your lease term with absolutely NO HEART or EMPATHY to you! Period! They ARE rude and very demeaning, and they do not care about their tennants!! They are now filing an unlawful detainer against me and suing me. Yes I showed them the court order, and begged and pleaded for them to have a heart. THEY HAVE NONE!! I left the apartment immaculate (and took 75 pictures to prove it with the SJ Mercury Newspaper in every one of them) and I just got a letter from them with a very lengthy list of repairs, "extra cleaning" $1300.00 in concessions (what the hell are concessions???) and now they say I owe them an astronomical amount of money!! What a bunch of greedy, scamming, no spine bastards!! Think twice about renting at country club villa apartments!! THEY SUCK!!
