Worst service I have ever received in my life! No one in the office can give an update on status except for Willie, who never calls back, when you do get him on the phone he never knows what is going on, he never has any update and always says he'll call back (again it never happens). The estimate said they would have the car back within 1.5 to 2 weeks... We are going on 5 weeks now and still nothing! Next time the insurance company recommends them, I will let them know what a terrible experience this was, and will request another body shop, one that respects customers when thy call for an update, and one that knows how to provide a more proper estimation on time. The delays have been caused by not checking the vehicle properly from the beginning. They were about to return the car, when they realized one of the rims was cracked and needed to be replaced...... Really shouldn't this have been seen when the vehicle arrived, considering the impact from the accident was on the wheel....... Ridiculous! Never again! Check google reviews, all reviews there are poor! Find another shop, there are plenty around! more

The Collection dealer tells all their Audi clients, all clients that Countach is their body shop and authorized Audi dealer. Thats is a fat lie, I took my car their and they took 2 months and wanted to charge me the difference in rental and hourly rate of what my insurance was paying. BE CAREFUL AWARE WITH THIS BODY SHOP..... more

HORRENDOUS customer service. Every person working here hates life and it shows. They had an attitude from the second I pulled up. They also tried to swindle me into a $1200 repair job that actually only cost me $100 when I went to another body shop! I will NEVER go back to this place EVER again. I'm sure they will be out of business eventually anyway. more

A VERY DEMANDING CUSTOMER WHO IS VERY PLEASED! I took my car to Countach after the preferred service shop for the insurance company of the person who hit my car botched the repair. They had welded the parts incorrectly, damaged my convertible top and left bubbles in the paint. My Audi was no longer beautiful. I took it to Countach and spoke to Abraham who handled the entire process including making the previous body shop and insurance company aware that he was not going to cut corners with my car. I was updated on a regular basis about the progress. To my pleasant surpise, Countach was able to bring my car back to showroom quality. I am very grateful to Abraham and his entire team of professionals. Without a doubt, I would recommend this body shop without any hesitations. more

JULIAN HERRERA promissed me a brand new car feeling after the repairs would be done but in actuality gave me a junk yard car feeling. I am 100% certain that some parts of my vehicle were not replaced like it was supposed to, like what the insurance paid for! It was cleaned up instead no make it look new! They promissed me the vehicle would be ready in 2 weeks but got it back in nearly 5! I had to pay 1 week of rental that the insurance company did not pay for because of their incompetency! I must have called over 2 dozen times to find out status of my vehicle but never received one call back! I would finally speak with the owner ABRAHIM and he's worse then any of them! and i don't care nor need your business attitude! A total *******!!! more

I had just purchased a 2011 Jaguar XJL from the Collection in Coral Gables. a couple of weeks later someone backed into me and damaged the front end. I called my sales man at the Collection to tell him what had happened and he told me to take my car to Coutach Auto Body because that is the body shop that the Collection uses. more

I chose this body shop because of their high standards and reputation in the industry. I feel that Countach did an excellent job in fixing my vehicle after a minor car crash, and they were very professional by keeping me posted while doing so. I am, however, etremely disappointed with their dishonest behavior. I left my very expensive prescription sunglasses in the car along with a few other minor things of no value. The sunglasses were carefully tucked away in the arm rest, as I only use them for driving, but they were missing when I returned to get the vehicle. I also noticed that my ipod cable which I only use inside of the car was also missing. Though this is not an expensive item it is the combination of both things that were stolen that really made me upset. I did speak to the owner but never received a call back in this regards. So I feel this body shop's personnel can not be trusted. Too bad as they were so close to getting great marks with me over all for the work!!! Pros: great job on the body work Cons: they stole my glasses and ipod cord more
