JULIAN HERRERA promissed me a brand new car feeling after the repairs would be done but in actuality gave me a junk yard car feeling. I am 100% certain that some parts of my vehicle were not replaced like it was supposed to, like what the insurance paid for! It was cleaned up instead no make it look new! They promissed me the vehicle would be ready in 2 weeks but got it back in nearly 5! I had to pay 1 week of rental that the insurance company did not pay for because of their incompetency! I must have called over 2 dozen times to find out status of my vehicle but never received one call back! I would finally speak with the owner ABRAHIM and he's worse then any of them! and i don't care nor need your business attitude! A total *******!!!
