One of the busiest Costcos to go to. The parking lot is a nightmare with horrible drivers who might be blind. I've have multiple instances of people driving at me down the wrong direction. They have a food court and a tire station which are just as busy as the Costco itself. more

The staff were very friendly and adequately answered all of my questions, alieving any doubts I had and had me back and running in no time. Highly recommended!! more

I pay $165 for membership for 3 people, But, I am not saving money. I throw out so much food as it spoils. I have to buy in too large of a quantity. They are now VERY STRICT ON THEIR RETURN POLICY. And, I am not the only one thinking like this, as the store seems to be slower than ever. In fact the lady in front of me was complaining about the same thing. She said she did not think she was saving $165 by shopping there, and she only goes there as she got use to it. TIME TO CHANGE OUR HABITS AND SHOP THE MANY STORES WHO OFFER LOWER PRICES AND NO MEMBERSHIP CHARGE. Check out Walmarts food department. Prices are lower and you don't have to buy a dozen at a time. Shop for quality and shop for values, COSTCO HAS SOME STIFF COMPETITION THESE DAYS. more

The wife and I thoroughly enjoy going up and down each of the aisles to the left of the entrance as there is always lots of newly arrived stock to see.\r \r Recenlty, she bought five ------- ------ that she uses for entertaining and that she says are of the highest quality but at half the price she has seen elsewhere.\r \r I can't say what the items are as she wants me to buy 2 more this weekend, and I don't want them to be sold out before I get there :) Pros: New and different stock weekly more

I went today to pick up my prescription and the Pharmacy Technician named Brenda was very rude to me and my senior mother. She was very unhelpful, arrogant and rude. \r \r She made me very angry that I returned my medicine and wanted my prescription back. She did not give me my prescription back, she told me to come the next day because she couldn't get it anymore. \r \r My mother is enrolled in the ""Costco Membership Prescription"" and she did not want to give my mother the 10% off that we have been getting. This is the first time in this Costco and have been going to other Costcos without any problem. \r \r This woman has very poor customer service skills and I'm surprised that Costco has hired her. I do not plan on going back to Los Feliz Costco Pharmacy. She was very unprofessional, apathetic, and mean. She obviously has her own issues and taking them out on us customers who are there because we are members of Costco, we appreciate Costco but she makes Costco look bad. In that case I should have just gone to Walmart. Costco has been going down hill for some time now. Their products(i.e. groceries) keep getting bulkier with no real savings. Customer service has gotten to be horrific. The inventory has become unstable, and product quality is unreliable (especially the store brand). Retailers should go out of thier way to make their customer lives easier, not more difficult. I am extremely glad that I didn't renew my membership. more

...it's just a Costco. It carries a lot of stuff in huge quantities. That's what big-box stores do. The staff (when you can find someone) is helpful and usually working hard. The checkout lines are seemingly endless, and could try the patience of a saint. This place is a good deal for anyone who's shopping wholesale. But for us regular folk, it's like any other store...you need to shop and compare prices. Just because they sell you something in the gallon size, doesn't always mean you're getting the best price. This particular store shares a parking lot with another big box store, Toys R Us, so parking can be horrendous...at any time of day. Just don't expect to get out of here quickly. This Costco is pretty a pretty typical warehouse store. You buy in bulk, they carry brand names, there's a variety of products from books to cameras to groceries to clothing, they have everything. You have to get used to the warehouse crowd though - long lines and bad parking. Pros: Buy in bulk, Warehouse prices Cons: Long lines more

I know they have more than beer, but that's my favorite part. My wife looks at dishes and towels and whatever else, and I go to the beer aisle, and take a trip around the world. You can usually buy most beers in singles, so you can sample them all! more
