I went today to pick up my prescription and the Pharmacy Technician named Brenda was very rude to me and my senior mother. She was very unhelpful, arrogant and rude. \r

She made me very angry that I returned my medicine and wanted my prescription back. She did not give me my prescription back, she told me to come the next day because she couldn't get it anymore. \r

My mother is enrolled in the ""Costco Membership Prescription"" and she did not want to give my mother the 10% off that we have been getting. This is the first time in this Costco and have been going to other Costcos without any problem. \r

This woman has very poor customer service skills and I'm surprised that Costco has hired her. I do not plan on going back to Los Feliz Costco Pharmacy. She was very unprofessional, apathetic, and mean. She obviously has her own issues and taking them out on us customers who are there because we are members of Costco, we appreciate Costco but she makes Costco look bad. In that case I should have just gone to Walmart. Looking forward to going to the Costco I usually go to in the valley where I don't have to deal with this annoyance.\r

Unfortunately tommorow i have to drive there and pick up my prescription because she didn't want to give it to me.\r
