Worst

I was told by the company and the technician that. they could get the pet stains out with the pet treatment. I would not recommend or ever use them again.

I found Cosmopolitan Carpet & Rug Cleaning online. I called them and had them come out and clean the carpets in my home. They did a great job. I am very happy with their work and I would use them again. I would also recommend them to other people. Fabulous Service 2/10/2017

I found the service at Cosmopolitan Carpet and Rug Cleaning to be fabulous. I called them and spoke with the owner of the company. She came out the next day, was there on time, and gave me an estimate in writing. Then she sent someone out the next day to do the job and they came on time, were very pleasant, and did a fabulous job. I thought the pricing was very reasonable and they stuck to their estimate to the penny. I just think they are fabulous and I was lucky to have them come out. Great work, Carpets look great! 2/8/2017

I used Cosmopolitan Carpet & Rug Cleaning recently for the first time, and was quite happy with how the work from them went. I had called them out because the carpeting in our home has not been cleaned in a long time and were in desperate need of cleaning. The people that came out were able to begin work right away, did the work in good time, and left the carpeting looking like new. Overall I thought the work went quite well, the carpets look great and I would definitely go back to Cosmopolitan Carpet & Rug cleaning when more work is needed, and I highly recommend them. Great work, excellent customer service 1/4/2017

I was quite pleased with how the work from Cosmopolitan Carpet & Rug Cleaning went. They were very quick and efficient while they were here doing the work, and always did a good job of keeping their work areas clean. The workers were very friendly while they were here, and got the work done quickly. The work itself was done very well and the carpets in our home look like new. I would definitely use their services again when I need, and I highly recommend their services. more

Great Experience! 1/4/2017

I had my entire upstairs cleaned including the stairs 4 bedrooms and a loft! The staff is friendly and professional! I called on a Thursday and was able to schedule the appointment for that Saturday! I have 3 children and a small dog and all stains are gone and my carpet looks beautiful! I am so happy with the job and would recommend this company to anyone! 5 out of 5 stars all the way! 12/29/2016

Wow! We called Cosmopolitan Carpet Cleaning thinking our carpet was uncleanable and THEY GOT IT CLEAN! It was in such bad shape and now, it looks like new carpet. We had them clean all the carpeting throughout the entire house. This was our first experience with them and we are so pleased and impressed with their service and how everything turned out. I felt the pricing was very nice, especially because I didn't have to buy new carpeting. On Time and Courteous 12/28/2016

I had read the comments online about Cosmopolitan Carpet Cleaning and the reviews are what persuaded me to try them out. I had hired them to clean my carpet inside my home and the service was satisfactory. The technician was kind and prompt for the job. However, the only downside was a missed area on the carpet where a piece of furniture was located on the carpet. Other than that I had a positive experience with the staff at Cosmopolitan Carpet Cleaning who were courteous to me via our email correspondence. They were prompt to respond and to come out to give me a quote. Prices were a flat rate. RESPONSE FROM Cosmopolitan Carpet & Rug Cleaning: We appreciate your giving us a over all good review! We do see that we may have fallen short in addressing an area of concern? I am not clear as to what was missed, I know that the home was vacant when we cleaned so was it an area that had a furniture stain? We do offer a 10 day guarantee just for concerns like this. Excellent service 11/23/2016

I been using CosmopolitanCarpet for a couple of years & have been happy with their work. This last visit I was a bit worried because I would not be home to point out problem areas & see to details. I worried for nothing. When I arrived to my house the carpet was dry & problem areas were spotless. I have two dogs & accidents happened. My home looks & smells fresh. I am ready for the holidays. more

good job overall. changed price 3 times 11/22/2016

They did a good job overall. However they changed the quoted price three times because of items they "forgot" or what they considered to be extra. The original price quote was $248, but the final price was $373. RESPONSE FROM Cosmopolitan Carpet & Rug Cleaning: We strive to provide quality service at a reasonable price and we deeply regret that there was a misunderstanding between our technician and Mr. Stewart who was there at the time of the cleaning! The price did change for carpet cleaning, it was $30.00 cheaper than last time for the same areas. The technician did not include the entry upon first estimate but did clean the entry and included it in the minimum charge so the price did not change. There was a red stain in the living room and we explained ahead of the cleaning that we would clean it first to see if it would clean out. The cleaning did not remove the red stain and Mr. Stewart did approve the additional work needed to remove the stain. We have tried to contact you several times by phone & email and left message to discuss this, but no response. We do appreciate your feed back and value you as a customer. more

Wow! Wonderful service 11/13/2016

Recently We had Cosmopolitan Carpet and Rug Cleaning shampoo 2 bedrooms with the walk in closets. Carpets are 6 yrs old but look New! Technician arrived on time and was very professional. So clean! 11/11/2016

My carpets are so clean! I do no think I have ever seen my carpets this clean before and it is all thanks to the people over at Cosmopolitan Carpet Cleaning. When I moved into my current place the carpet was the carpet that was already there. I decided to have my carpets cleaned because I was going to be having company, and I am so glad I did because these people made my carpet look like it was just installed yesterday! I have never been disappointed! Sergio is always helpful, courteous and polite. The office staff goes above and beyond to accommodate even with late notice!   • We, the owners are very involved in day to day operations. We started out as a carpet cleaner in the early 1980's. I still actively continue to learn new things, keep up with the latest technology in floor care & know the best products to use for each type of floor care. Cosmopolitan is a true professional company with longevity and prosperity. We pride ourselves on the fact that we do not work out of our house, as most carpet cleaners do! We own a building where we have an in-plant rug cleaning facility and where you can drop off your rugs to be cleaned. Our technicians report to work here and keep the vans here, where we also have a disposal facility for the dirty water from cleaning. I have talked to many carpet cleaners and asked the question where you dump and most often the answer is wherever!
    We provide a quality service and to do the right thing, we don't claim to be perfect but strive to be!
