I had read the comments online about Cosmopolitan Carpet Cleaning and the reviews are what persuaded me to try them out. I had hired them to clean my carpet inside my home and the service was satisfactory. The technician was kind and prompt for the job. However, the only downside was a missed area on the carpet where a piece of furniture was located on the carpet. Other than that I had a positive experience with the staff at Cosmopolitan Carpet Cleaning who were courteous to me via our email correspondence. They were prompt to respond and to come out to give me a quote. Prices were a flat rate.

We appreciate your giving us a over all good review! We do see that we may have fallen short in addressing an area of concern? I am not clear as to what was missed, I know that the home was vacant when we cleaned so was it an area that had a furniture stain? We do offer a 10 day guarantee just for concerns like this. We do strive to provide quality service at a reasonable rate. We do appreciate your business!
