From beggining to end, the worst salon I have ever been in. The girl's at the front desk were sloppy and rude, one was on her cell phone the entire time. When I finally was asked ,what times yer appointment at?\r chomping gum the whole time. The place was run down and dirty, peeling paint,torn material on the chairs\r The sink was filled with hair and there was some gunk all over it. Lindsay could not stop looking at herself long enough in the mirror to even see mine, I ended up with a very mediocre hair cut, and was hussled for a massage by some annoying little creepy man. I will never go back, the place was a sty. Pros: they had lot's of appts open Cons: now I know why more

I have been to this salon on a few occasions. The first time I visited, the woman was on the phone for 25 mins while I was in there discussing what she should wear on a date that night. She did not even speak to me, ask if I needed help, or even acknowledge my presence. I was interested in a consulation and making an appointment but received NO help and went elsewhere. I visited again on a Saturday morning and the woman did not speak to me once, not even to say hello after I said hello. I was there with friends who were interested in purchasing dermalogica products and bumble and bumble products, but the sales woman did not even acknowledge our presence, even after we verbalized interest in these products. I would not ever visit this salon, I don't care how good the haircut might be, it is NOT worth the disdain they treat their customers with. RUDE and LAZY! Cons: everything! more

I went to Deborah who supposedly has been at this salon for 20 years and she was so rude and unplesant. This was my first time to the salon and she didnt even introduce herself to me, she just said ""you can come back now"". I asked for full highlights and then for her to ""break the base"" and just make my natural hair color lighter. What a disaster. My hair was YELLOW with a red tint to it. When I told her I didnt like it her response to me was ""what do you want me to do to it and that I was FRUSTRATING her"" Funny because I believe it was me who wasted 170 dollars for a terrible highlighting job. This is a great salon. The hair stylists are excellent at suggesting what would be good for your hair. I have had great hair services there. I have been going to this salon for years. It is pricey but you will be happy with the result. Pros: excellent hair stylists more

I went to D Stefino's for the first time after some hesitation at seeing them not at the top of the rating list in citysearch, but a friend of mine highly recommended them and she was right! Ron gave ma a great cut and knew exactly what I wanted and what kind of a cut would suit the texture of my hair. Everyone there had a great attitude and were very nice. The price of my cut was about average for that kind of salon and Im glad I had the D'Stefino experience. Pros: Great Stylists, Customer Service more
