I went to Deborah who supposedly has been at this salon for 20 years and she was so rude and unplesant. This was my first time to the salon and she didnt even introduce herself to me, she just said ""you can come back now"". I asked for full highlights and then for her to ""break the base"" and just make my natural hair color lighter. What a disaster. My hair was YELLOW with a red tint to it. When I told her I didnt like it her response to me was ""what do you want me to do to it and that I was FRUSTRATING her"" Funny because I believe it was me who wasted 170 dollars for a terrible highlighting job. I will NEVER EVER go back to this salon.
Pros: Relaxing atmosphere
Cons: Expensive, rude and concieted stylist
