I have been to this salon on a few occasions. The first time I visited, the woman was on the phone for 25 mins while I was in there discussing what she should wear on a date that night. She did not even speak to me, ask if I needed help, or even acknowledge my presence. I was interested in a consulation and making an appointment but received NO help and went elsewhere. I visited again on a Saturday morning and the woman did not speak to me once, not even to say hello after I said hello. I was there with friends who were interested in purchasing dermalogica products and bumble and bumble products, but the sales woman did not even acknowledge our presence, even after we verbalized interest in these products. I would not ever visit this salon, I don't care how good the haircut might be, it is NOT worth the disdain they treat their customers with. RUDE and LAZY!
Cons: everything!
