I do NOT RECOMMEND this vendor: This is an awful company with the worst customer service and I have no idea why they are still in business. We set up a 25 passenger bus shuttle service for the guests of our wedding. We had a lot of issues on our wedding day with the driver (she got lost, I ended up being late to my own wedding, didn't pick up our guests on time, etc) I voiced my concerns to the manager, simply repeating my experience and that of my guests and received a nasty email where he said none of what happened was their fault and called me a liar. I called the president of the company for help and never heard back. Learn from my mistake and go with someone else. more

I work for a multi-billion dollar company and chose Corporate Express Inc. for transportation needs for our executives to travel from one city to another on business. The driver was apparently very tired, and ran off the edge of the lane, hitting the rumble strips at least 5 times and made sharp steering corrections several times. One of our executives noticed the driver taking pictures with his mobile phone of the scenery while driving the 16 passenger bus. He looked very sleepy and our CEO challenged him a number of times to pull over if he was tired, but he said no, he ?just got distracted?. It took about 4 hours to get to a location that was only 3 hours away. The driver did not leave after dropping off our passengers but stayed in the parking lot of the hotel to take a nap. He was unshaven, unkempt and completely unprofessional looking. The driver did not know where he was going, just tried to follow his GPS. When I mentioned this situation to the Manager, Vice President, and President of Corporate Express Inc. in an e-mail, I received a response from the address of the President but signed by the Manager, very leery. The response was not at all what I expected from a professional company, they simply excused it and said the driver said he wasn?t tired and the reason he kept swerving off the road is because he was paying attention to the GPS, which I might add does have audio which is meant to prevent the driver from having to take their eyes off of the road. There was no apology, no reprimand, no offer to correct the situation. Thank goodness our group arrived in one piece. I guarantee our company will NEVER use Corporate Express Inc. again and would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! more

We recently rented 2 buses from these guys for a school trip and was pleasantly surprised by how great they were. After reading some of the previous reviews, I was weary of them but they were the best price around... and did not disappoint!! I'm so glad I chose them and will do so again anytime I am in the area!! more

I recently rented a mini bus from Corporate Express for my tour group from Central Park to a show on Broadway & had no problems whatsoever. Service is very reliable & comfortable. Drivers really know their way around! more

After reading the previous review, I was a bit skeptical about renting a bus from this company for my church group, but am happy that I did. We had no issues with the buses being late, they were actually early and had to wait for us. The drivers knew exactly how to get us to our destinations (which was great, as no one in the group was from the area) and the ride was very smooth and comfortable. I did not have any issues with loud engines, and the air conditioning worked just fine. I highly recommend corporate express for all your bus/shuttle needs. more

BE WARY OF ALL THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS. Notice how they all sound the same, and are maybe by europeans?? i don't think those other reviews are legit. This one is though, and let me tell you how bad they are!!! I got ripped off by this company Corporate Express. They basically promise you one thing, and then turn around and give you something else. We had a contract for a bus shuttle for a weekend, and none of the busses were the models we requested (they didn’t have Air conditioning, and we were supposed to get Air conditioning), 3 out of 5 busses were very late, one of the busses had a flat tire, and the drivers didn’t know where to go, even though we had provided addresses previously. DAY 1 What we requested: 1 bus doing a 1-way transfer from Flushing, NY to Poughkeepsie, NY. We also requested an additional bus to provide services from the hours of 1pm-11pm. Both of these busses were to have air conditioning. What we got: One bus had a flat tire with our passengers in the vehicle and was thus significantly delayed, as well as putting our passengers lives in danger. Both buses did not have air-conditioning. We also had severe problems with the bus driver who was not cooperative and did not follow the pre-approved schedule as detailed in our contract. The bus driver Anthony l was very unprofessional and yelled at all the passengers and was incredibly combative as opposed to be constructive. He scared all the passengers on the bus and we are lucky the out of control bus driver Anthony did not physically abuse/harm any passengers. I have 25 eyewitnesses that can backup my account. DAY 2 What we requested: 1 bus at 10am doing a one-way trip to JFK Airport, 1 bus at 11am doing a one-way trip to Newark Airport, and 1 bus at 12pm doing a one-way trip to Laguardia Airport What we got: All three busses did not have air-conditioning, as previously promised. The whole weekend was above 90 degrees, so this was very inconvenient. Two of the busses were over an hour late, and none of the bus drivers knew the directions to the airport. It’s a bus company , they should know directions to the airport! Bottom line, do not go with these corporate express. They may promise the best price, but I promise you that you will not be happy with equipment, the service, or anything. We were deceived. Dan seems to be the proprietor, and I would be suspect if you were to work with either Dan or Craig. I used these guys to provide shuttle service for a wedding in the Hudson River valley. I requested some kind of make-good/refund from them afterwards, but they claim they aren’t responsible for anything more than 5%. Come on! You they had a flat tire, late busses, no AC…they are a complete joke. I even had to whip out my iphone and tell the bus drivers how to get to the highway and things. Completely unprofessional. Also, they are on citysearch with a lot of positive reviews. However, they are all from these weird Europeans or something. All the comments are similar, and written in a similar time frame. I would be suspect of the reviews on citysearch. more

What we could see is that this provider offers a cheap transportation service and even their busses are kinda old we didn't see much people complaining about it. Some do say that the engine motor is too loud and it is partially correct but also you can travel fast and cheap with this service provider. Pros: Cheap transport more

This is the best service in New York but still it lacks many performances different from European ones. They have all busses ok but still we had a better time while traveling in Europe. Thanks to this service we have seen a lot of interesting people and places. Really nice Pros: Very good more

This service is amazing because even when it has so many users it still has the quality of some small company. This company is big and it has one of the best services in New York ever seen. This is probably the best service in NY but we also could have better transport because some people didn't had any places to sit and the atmosphore was very bad. The bus engine was so loud that we couldn't hear other people talking and we couldn't hear ourselfs so that could be much better. That what we have seen is a normal service and we can't say much about it since some have bad critiques about this service. It is a normal standard service and if you want some more info you should try to ride with them one time. Anyway thanks to this service because we just travelled and have no bad critiques about it. There are many bus transportation services in New York and this is one of them. We didn't find anything bad about this service but also nothing to expensive. So we can say that this is one of the standard bus transportation services and one of the best. Because of the financial crisis they didn't payed some expenses so probably they will do that next month according to some calculations. more

What we could see there is a major improvement to busses and limos that they provide. We have seen that there are many different customers at this service. We couldn't get the exact result of how many customers are there but we have seen that there are many people mostly tourist that ask for this service and they are mostly from Europe. Very expensive service but it is worth it. You can really get fast from one street to another and we are not saying that they are running through a red light lol.\r But as it is we are satisfied with this transportation service. Everything is glamurous about this service as well as people working there. Surely this service is one of the best in NY and we had a pleasure to drive with them. There are so many things that you can add as special such as fast transportation but also not fast enough that police would stop you. As we had a trip through the western parts of the New York we found that it was a very short trip so concluded that they were running very fast but also didn't broke any speed record lol. What is amazing that this company advertises so much and doesn't realize that there are other companies that think the same way with the same ambitions. They are going in the right direction but anyway there are alternatives. Well I noticed some new mercedes busses and they are very satisfying. So what you will about to see here is that there is one driver and a long way ahead of you. I don't think that they are driving to other cities than NY. We dicovered that nobody says bad about these people because they have a a manner to fill the gap with words and do some acts that everybody would agree that they are wrong.\r I can't say that I hate driving with them its just that sometimes there are complicated situations where the only thing to blame is the boss of the buss.
