I'm always a bit skeptical when I see a company with a ton of 5 star ratings and very few lower ratings. Cornerstone Pros is a legit rockstar that kicked my skepticism's .... Every aspect of my experience with Cornerstone Pros was truly 5 star.
I requested an estimate 3 days ago to replace a 12 y.o. central HVAC system. Within an hour, I received a phone call (after normal business hours) to schedule the estimate the next day.
Michael arrived on-time, asked me a few questions and provided an estimate of 3 recommended systems in less than an hour. He explained in excellent detail each recommendation, including financing options. I let Michael know we had additional contractors scheduled for estimates and he made no attempt to pressure us into a decision.
We chose Cornerstone the next day after getting all estimates based on Michael's honesty & professionalism as well as Cornerstone Pros' service reputation. Complete transparency - the option we went with was the highest cost, but we felt it was the best value (included a 12 year parts and labor warranty.) Miguel confirmed are install for the next day.
T.J. & Mikael arrived on-time this morning (2 for 2!), gave me an estimate on how long the install would take and got right to work. The time estimate was dead-on and the install was immaculately done. T.J. walked us hrough the operation of the thermostat, provided us all relevant paperwork, made sure the work area was more clean than when they arrived and left. They could not have been more polite or friendly.
We'll definitely be calling on Cornerstone for future home service needs.
