Amazing Service! 9/4/2011

It is rare to get such amazing quality service. Out of the many services I've had at my home, Cornell is the top. He gives a thorough estimate, was able to fit me into his schedule in time for my pool to be installed, has a crew that did what he said they would and then some. They cleaned the area, so that there wasn't a leaf left. I'd never have known they were there. He is very knowledgeable, fair and keeps his word. I appreciate his work & have used his service for the last two years for tree removal, trimming & stump removal. I'm more than satisfied with his work each time. I recommend Cornell highly! more

A gentleman and a pro 7/28/2011

Phil gave me a wriiten estimate, i called him to make an appointment, he called back the night before, to confirm. He told me he was coming about 11:30- 12:30, on Thursday, he pulled up at 12:00. He got his crew ready, we discussed estimate, to make sure we were on same page. His crew did everything as planned, he cleaned everything up. The man is a gentleman, professional,and a very nice guy. I would recommend him to anyone. Steve G. more

I have used Cornell Tree Experts on two occasions over the last 3 years. In both instances, I could not have been any happier with the results. Phil is a True Professional! Fast, Clean and in both instances I priced with other competitors with Cornell winning the bid. more

don't waste the phone call 6/11/2010

After several appointments that were either canceled, rescheduled or just flat out no-shows, I've had it. The owner (or at least I think he is) is Phil, who is amicable enough on the phone... but after a month or so of phone tag and canceled appointments, I couldn't actually get him to show up to look at my property, let alone give me an estimate. The final straw is tonight, a Friday, I canceled plans to be home to have him come over... not only did he not actually show up, he didn't even give me the courtesy of a phone call. DON""T WASTE YOUR TIME. JUST AVOID THIS COMPANY. Pros: nice on the phone Cons: won't actually show up... more
