Phil gave me a wriiten estimate, i called him to make an appointment, he called back the night before, to confirm. He told me he was coming about 11:30- 12:30, on Thursday, he pulled up at 12:00. He got his crew ready, we discussed estimate, to make sure we were on same page. His crew did everything as planned, he cleaned everything up. The man is a gentleman, professional,and a very nice guy. I would recommend him to anyone. Steve G.
