Pluming service was priced little high but was durable'. Electrial service was grossley over charged. replaced 2 dimmer lights for 198.00 a piece. Lowes wanted 12.dollars a peice ...

All of the technitions were great and checked everything. The prices for the repairs were higher than I thought they would be but I don`t know how they compair to other companies. Between $300- 500 to set a toilet, I thought around $100 but like I suid I`ve never priced another company so I don`t know. more

The serviceman was very prompt and his work was very good. For the work done ( reconnecting water heater to piping) the price $400seem exorbitant, although I agreed to it before he started. After reconnecting pipes it turned out the blower on the heater wouldn't work and I needed to replace it. It couldn't be received Monday so we had to go 3 days without hot water. The bill for the blower was over $1000! It took 10 minutes to install and was basically a small motor in a plastic housing. So I spent almost $1500 for connecting some pipes and replacing a motor. OUCH!! more

Service good, but would have like to have same day service in an emergency such as ours. We had to turn the water off at the street and could not use the water for a day and one-half. Understand busy schedules though. more

Great service but much more expensive than similar work performed by others in the past. 7/29/2012

We received excellent service from the person who came to fix our plumbing problem. However, the cost, compared to what we have paid for similar work in the past was surprisingly high. Similarly, we recently sought a bid for a large electrical rewire job on our home and were told there would be a $40 charge just to come out and do the estimate. We have had significant work done on this home in the past and NO ONE asked for money just to show up to prepare an estimate. The fee was waived when I balked at it but the whole idea just gave me a bad impression. Subsequently, we received the bid for the work and it was over twice the next closest bid. We also received a bid for replumbing the house with the same result. I realize quality is not cheap but have a hard time imagining that this company's work is that much better than the competition. It is unlikely that we will use them for future work due to their pricing. more

Set bad example for other good contractors. 7/11/2012

After seeing all the adds on TV I called Corley for a bid on a new A/C unit. I had already received other bids on the work. I was totally floored by the price.$4732 The next highest bid was $2000. What a difference for the same job.I am retired from the maintenance and construction industry and have a good idea of costs involved in this type of work and this is way tooooooo much.I requested a price breakdown, but was told one was not available. This type of practice, giving very high pricing in hopes taking advantage of someone who does not know any better, is very profitable I am sure, but is not very fair to the people who fall for it,in many cases seniors.Very disappointed. more

I had an AC leak earlier in the year. Corley sent a guy out to do a leak search and repair it. Between the leak search and the "repair" I spent $800. Within a month my compressor died. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called for them to give me an estimate for replacement of my Compressor and coil. Their salesman, Phil came out and gave me quotes ranging from $7100 to $11,695 just to replace the compressor and the coil. It was almost laughable how ridiculous the pricing was. I was insulted because you would think that they would be trying to build a relationship with customers. I got several estimated from other companies with the highest $4500. I finally got a Trane from Comfort Zone for only $2800. Corley Pro is horrible. more
