The serviceman was very prompt and his work was very good. For the work done ( reconnecting water heater to piping) the price $400seem exorbitant, although I agreed to it before he started. After reconnecting pipes it turned out the blower on the heater wouldn't work and I needed to replace it. It couldn't be received Monday so we had to go 3 days without hot water. The bill for the blower was over $1000! It took 10 minutes to install and was basically a small motor in a plastic housing. So I spent almost $1500 for connecting some pipes and replacing a motor. OUCH!!
